"Skin acceptance does not only pertain to skin color, but also acne, stretch marks, scars, urticaria, keloids, and other skin differences.
I want to cultivate a culture of self-desirability, self-acceptance, and self-love. These photos are a celebration of our skin, which is our normal.
These photos have been shot in an aesthetic that has been reserved for the previously idealized body and skin, thereby challenging the version of the ideal that has become normative."
